Scope of Work
Soffits, Fascia's & Guttering
Full removal of existing fascia's, soffits, and guttering.
Supply and installation of new white uPVC fascia's, soffits, and black guttering (like-for-like).
Scaffolding to be erected around the property.
Removal and reinstatement of the first four courses of tiles to ensure correct installation.
20-year product guarantee on new fascia's and guttering.
Roof Repairs
Remove existing ridge line and install new dry ridge system.
Replace all broken or slipped tiles.
Proactively replace any additional tiles showing signs of weakness (e.g. shelled or cracked tiles likely to fail).
Chimney Repairs
Localised repointing of failed mortar joints (approximately one-third of chimney stack).
Secure and tidy existing leadwork around chimney.
Removal of unused aerial at no extra charge (as works are carried out directly beside it).

Refund & Cooling-Off Policy
Please make sure you have read the Service Terms emailed to you with the link to this deposit payment before making payment.
Once work has started on site, deposits and payments become non-refundable, as materials, labour, and scaffolding will already have been committed to your project.
In the unlikely event of cancellation by NRC Roof Services, any deposits paid will be returned in full.
By proceeding with your deposit payment, you confirm acceptance of these terms.

High-quality uPVC roofline upgrade, combining white soffits and fascias with black guttering for a stylish, durable, and maintenance-free finish.
