NRC Roof Services is recruiting a new labourer to join our team in the new year. You don’t need any experience—just a willingness to learn, work hard, and take pride in your craft.

You’ll be trained by first- and second-generation roofers with decades of knowledge, and after three months, if roofing is the trade for you, we’ll help you attend college to sharpen your skills further. This unique mix of on-the-job training and classroom education will set you up to learn the trade, and no two days on the job are ever the same!

What We Need From You

• Good customer service skills – You must be great with people, as our customers are our top priority.
• Attention to detail – Precision matters, and we need someone who takes pride in getting it right.
• A willingness to learn – You should be open to taking in what we teach you and applying it to your work.
• Punctuality – Being on time is essential to keeping our team and projects running smoothly.
• Physical fitness – Roofing is one of the most physically demanding jobs (aside from scaffolding!), but it’s also one of the most rewarding.

Although the position starts after Christmas, we’re happy to offer paid trial days leading up to the holidays if you’d like to see if the job is the right fit for you.

Pay is negotiable based on experience.
